Hello!

Yesterday evening, sister loh the 2nd, Liting and I went for some Singapore Career talk at the Stanford Plaza Hotel. It felt funny to be surrounded by Singaporeans ONLY. Was a really interesting talk presented by Mr. Ow. What he said really hit hard. It made so much sense and a whole load of what he said was what daddy had been telling us since we were little.

He gave 3 advices which daddy constantly mentions too!

1. Listen to your parents!
2. Listen to your government...(okayyy.... daddy did not mention this tho)
3. LEARN FROM OTHERS' MISTAKES CAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO MAKE ALL THE MISTAKES! (this is something I constantly remind myself since day 1 daddy said it)

cool stuff.

That aside, today is the last day of my holidays! =(
Its just 5 more weeks till exams.
Make it or break it!
The exam timeable was out early this time.
I've got a pretty good set up =D
Tho., I was looking forward to going for JT's concert but sad case, its during my exam.
The next day I've ecology paper =(.

Met up with the others finally after 23324234242 years.

We each prepared a dish =D

haha. it was pretty fun trying the food and all.

Hopefully we'll all still be fine tomorrow.

Anyways, i think i have a disorder.

seriously,

I can't stand having dishes pilled up.

I have to wash them.

Im a freako!

Tomorrow marks the start of my intense mugging period!

HAPPY BELATED MOONCAKE FESTIVAL! =D
Auntie Pek Yau took us out with her boys for dinner last night.

Had dinner at Dainty Szechuan place.

We were practically eating chilli all the while.

I dont fancy much szechuan food.

Anyways, we then took the boys to the ferris wheel.

They were so hyper it made me feel like a old hag.

Finally ended the day with Freddo's ice-cream. YUM!

Just got back from the movie "Hairspray".
I really like the clothes Brittany Snow was wearing!
The others had really cool dresses too. =)
The show was okay i guess, i did enjoy it quite a bit tho. there wasn't really a plot to it.

Anyways, I've got only 6 more days till the end of my holidays!
I'll welcome the mugging sessions with open arms....NOT!
Just 4 more weeks till the exams!
I'm actually start to freak out quite a bit already.
I had meant to study this afternoon but I napped and watch tvie practically the whole day =_=.

Got up at 7 this morning and headed off to Gerhard & Rosie's plce for breakfast before going for the Royal Melbourne Show.

Had a great time! Especially at the farm area with all the pigs/goats/chicken/alpacas running around. =D

By the time we got back home and for tea it was 4.30pm.

Napped for half an hour before heading off to Miciko's place for a lovely dinner. =D

Watched the Nutcracker this afternoon!

I can't the tickets were still available!

Its like a small dream come true to me!

I've always wanted to watch the nutcracker!

So, anyways, I went shopping yesterday.

I so don't believe my luck.

I was trying on a couple of clothes. Wanted to get them but was rushing to another place.

So, i decided to go back later to get them.

When i got back, the top I wanted was gone!

=(

As a consolation, I got myself the white dress.

sadders...

They should both apply for Berkeley. =D

Anyways, i was bored and clicked on some really interesting livejournals/blogs of people who are selling clothes.

Correct me if i am wrong, doesn't "brand new" means its never worn before?

Soooo, if you are wearing it on and taking a picture of the clothes you intend to sell, is it still brand new?

I just spent the last 4 hours sitting infront of the computer, looking for companies i can do my work experience at.

I don't believe it.

Those lucky people in singapore are happily allocated to the companies by their school!

* I used to think Terri was kinda pretty in her own way...*gasp*.. whats happening to her now! STOP PLASTIC-NESS!!!*

*Heidi was meant to be drop dead gorgeous! THE HAIR!!!*

*Shes really sweet and all, but the dress does not do her any justice...She actually reminds me of Jessica and her drama...(jessica was wearing her korean costume) *

*Absolutely stunning!!!!...She makes me wanna look at her foreverrrrrrrr...<3*

Anyways, the Emmys was a let down. Grey's hardly won anything! =(

Have got like 6 assignements for this break.
Done 3, JUST 3 more to go =_=.

Got such much stuff planned for this term break, have to rush the assignments! =D
