I JUST RECEIVED MY FIRST 'SELF-EARNED' $51.50!!!
=DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Its like my first time being paid for my work! ( based on the fact that i haven really worked for money before, im such a spolit brat=( )
haha.
The money came from doing this Economic Experiment.
In which, was conduced in a computer lab amongst 10 of us.
5 were buyers and the other 5 were sellers.
We could not talk to each other.
So, we were trading goods between each other and whatever you will received for your participation at the end of the experiment is calculated from the profit you made.
1 ECU unit = 80 cents.
For 1.5 hours of my time I receieved 51.50 bucks!
thats heaps for just clicking on the computer!
haha. I think I did really well based on the fact that a couple of the others received only 15 bucks +/-.
=DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
On a serious note, if any one has the chance, you should go watch the show "Bomb Harvest".
Its about the remaining bombs left in Laos (which has the most bombs in the world) after the Vietnam war.
Theres still millions of bombs dead or alive in Laos! Its so freaking dangerous! Thousands have been killed whilst digging/harvesting crops, kids thinking that the bombs were toys were left badly injured or even dead.
Even though some kids know that bombs kill, they still risk being killed to sell the large amounts of steel they collect, for money.
Its just so sad.
Isn't it time for world peace already?

Our house is pratically a child-care now. Much to my dislike for kids, they can be really adorable at times..
hmmm....
In 8 hours time, the kids will smash the house again!
I feel like im married with kids already!

I just finished watching a documentary on the pollution in China.
I am utterly disgusted, seriously.
I haven really felt so strongly about protecting the environment till today (abit slow, i know)
60% of the river systems in China is polluted.
Heaps of people stay along those rivers and depend on them for food and basic water supply to survive, be in in terms of absolute survival or as a form of trade. These water systems are not just polluted with bottles and plastic bags. These water contain Lead, Hydrogen sulphide and other gross chemicals.
A mind-blowing number of these people suffer from illnesses ranging from enlarged livers to cancer.
Many European industries made the move to China to continue their lines because in Europe pollution standards are heavily regulated.
SERIOUSLY, how selfish is that?!
The European countries are so self sufficient, they are not only about to provide staple food for their people, they are even able to move up another level and provide people with the choice of Organic Food.
These developed countries are not helping the developing countries such as Africa much. A little transfer of technology between the developed countries and developing countries would not hurt to make this place more pleasant would it?
